Obviously Blade survived &amp; going on the information he has decides to gatecrash the Vampire party at the Conclave in Toronto where several top ranking Vampires are supposed to meet, Marcus, Chase &amp; Krista (Jill Wagner) are planning to assassinate the pureblood Vampires with a gas which doesn&#39;t affect turnblood&#39;s so he can gain control for himself. Shen escapes &amp; together with Blade they enter the Conclave for a showdown with Marcus…<br/><br/>This was episode 12 from season 1 of the made-for-TV Blade: The Series, directed by Alex Chapple this is probably the best episode I&#39;ve seen from this series. The script by David S. Goyer, Geoff Johns &amp; Daniel Truly ends the first series with a bangthis one is pretty much wall-to-wall action with fights, torture &amp; double crosses although you will have to have seen at least a few other episodes for them to make much sense &amp; have any real meaning. This one moves along at a nice pace, the twists &amp; turns make it one of the more interesting episodes to watch &amp; there are some decent moments in this.<br/><br/>As usual this looks good &amp; is well made, the fights seem a lot better in this one &amp; the action scenes just seem bigger. The fights between Krista &amp; Chase (who is one hot chick) &amp; Blade &amp; Marcus at the end are pretty cool. There is also some gore heresomeone has their fingernails sliced out with a scalpel &amp; a few Vampires melt into goo.<br/><br/>Conclave is a decent enough watch &amp; one of the better Blade: The Series episodes that I have seen, the very sudden ending definitely leaves things open for a season 2…
